Services. The Studio provides business systems consulting and digital development — including working sessions, systems builds, and advisory — as described in each written proposal or offer page.
Proposals govern. Before work begins, you'll receive a written proposal with the exact scope, price, and timeline. If anything here conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal wins.
Payment. Sessions and intensives are paid at booking. Larger engagements follow the deposit and milestone schedule in the proposal. Work pauses if payment is past due.
Your responsibilities. You provide timely access, information, and feedback needed to do the work. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
Intellectual property. You own the final deliverables once paid in full. I retain the right to describe the work in general terms, without your confidential details.
No guaranteed outcomes. I bring my full experience and effort to every engagement, but business results depend on many factors outside my control. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific revenue, growth, or operational outcomes.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
